Returns & Refunds

30-day returns

You can return mattresses, pillows, bedding and accessories within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Items may have been unboxed and tested to see whether they suit you. They must be clean and undamaged.

We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in their proper condition. These conditions do not affect returns for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Start a return

Email support@albasleepmarket.com with your order number and reason for returning. We will send instructions. Please do not return anything before hearing from us.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping for standard change-of-mind returns. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we refund your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need a few more business days to show the refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid, and cover return shipping.

Wrong size or fit

Product dimensions and compatibility follow the manufacturer's specifications. If you ordered the wrong size or an item that does not fit your bed, the 30-day return conditions above apply. If our listing gave incorrect dimensions or compatibility, we cover the return in full.

Shipping Policy

Every order includes tracking. We email your tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

Orders arrive in 7–10 business days. If an order is expected to take longer than 10 business days, we email you before it ships so you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship

We ship within the contiguous United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination. The full total, including shipping and taxes, is shown before you confirm your order.

Large items

Mattresses and bed frames may require a separate freight rate based on their dimensions and destination. The full shipping amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Order changes and addresses

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order or correct an address. We cannot change the address after an order has shipped.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays may extend the 7–10 business day window. We will keep you updated by email.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We will replace it or refund you in full.

What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing addresses, phone number and order details. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor; we do not see or store them.

How we use it

We use this information to process payments, ship orders, send tracking, handle returns and answer questions. If you opt in to our email list, we may send bedding care reminders and store updates.

Who we share it with

We share information with Shopify, our payment processor and delivery carriers to operate the store and fulfill orders. We do not sell your personal information.

We describe products by their type, size and manufacturer SKU. Dimensions and compatibility follow manufacturer specifications. We are an independent retailer and do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by the manufacturers.

Safe use and care

Follow the manufacturer's setup, support, cleaning and care instructions for your mattress, pillow or bedding. Use a compatible bed frame or foundation. If you are unsure about fit or care, contact us before use.

Manufacturer warranty

Manufacturer warranty eligibility depends on the manufacturer's terms and may not extend to products bought through an independent reseller. We do not promise manufacturer warranty coverage. Our return and refund policy applies separately.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in USD and may change. If an item is unavailable or priced incorrectly after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement or full refund. We will not charge a different price without your agreement.

Orders we may decline

We may decline or cancel orders if stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected or we cannot ship to the address provided. Any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid, except where the law does not allow that limit.
